Robert Michael mines for Peridot on his own mining claim which is just South of Hartsel, Colorado.  Generally these are small crystals, but very nice, clear quality.  Robert has incorporated an unique mining process and has been able to find a few crystals large enough to facet. Two of those crystals were cut by Robert into matching 5mm square gems weighing approximately .75 carats each. Robert then set the gems in these Sterling Silver Post Earrings.

Peridot is the August Birthstone.
