Robert Michael acquired Rubellite Tourmaline crystals from the Himalaya Mine in Southern California and faceted one of them into this 3mm round gem.  He then set the gem in this heart-shaped Sterling Silver Pendant.   This pendant was designed with breast cancer survivors in mind.

Tourmaline is one of the October Birthstones.
