Robert Michael mines for Rose Quartz at the abandoned Clara May Mine near Buena Vista, Colorado. He found several fairly clear crystals and faceted many of them, including this 8x8mm triangle-shaped gem weighing 1.72 carats. He then set the gem in a Sterling Silver Pendant.
