The Aquamarine crystal used in this piece was mined on Mt. White near Buena Vista, CO.  It's located just south of Mt. Antero.  We call these Colorado Blue Ice® Aquamarine.  We faceted one of those crystals into this 8x6mm oval gem weighing 1.5 carats and set it in this Size 6½ Sterling Silver Ring.
