BY USING THE WEB SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Robert Michael Gems Web Site, and constitute an agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Web Site at any time, and in our sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Web Site. Your continued use of the Web Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. Product Descriptions and Pricing

At Robert Michael Gems, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible.  However, on occasion we may inadvertently display or describe our products incorrectly due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur.  If you purchase a product that identifies the listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, many of our products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item.  We provide a carat weight on the majority of our products using our own scales.  Please be aware that the carat weight may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.  Additionally, we provide the measurement of our products based on our own tools. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing and as such a tolerance of 0.25mm may be encountered.

 

Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are based on your total order amount.  All items purchased will be mailed using either Federal Express or USPS First Class Mail within 2 business days of receiving your online order and total payment. If you prefer a different method of shipping, please contact us prior to ordering so we can adjust the shipping method. 

An email with the Tracking Number will be sent to you when your items have been shipped.

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND INFORMATION UPON OPENING AND USING AN ACCOUNT AND AT TIME OF PURCHASE.  Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order. We aren’t responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  However, should your purchased items not be received within the time frames identified above, please contact us so we can work together to track down the package.  If you do not receive a tracking number at the e-mail address with which you provided during the Account opening or purchase process, please contact us with your order details and we will gladly assist you in locating your tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you for your business. We certainly want you to love your jewelry. If you are in doubt, or have questions, please contact us with any concerns you have before purchasing.  We make myself available during regular business hours (Mountain Time) to answer questions. The fastest way to contact us is by calling 303-638-5000. 

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the item returned, minus our shipping costs, subject to all conditions listed below.  Please read all conditions. If conditions are not met, we reserves the right to refuse the return.

• Returned items should be sent to Robert Michael Gems & Jewelry, LLC, 3871 Black Feather Trail, Castle Rock, CO 80104.

• Return requests must be received in our offices within 20 business days of the purchase date (date of your order).

• Returned items must be unused and in the same condition the item was sent.  We will not honor refund requests on any item which have been worn and / or show any signs of use or alteration.

• Please note that Earrings are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons.

• Special order products are non-refundable.

• In the event an item is missing or damaged in transit to you, you must send us an email or notify us by phone at 303-638-5000 within two calendar days of receipt of merchandise.  You will also need to return the original shipping package and all original packing material for evaluation purposes.

• Once a returned item passes our quality inspection and is fully processed for refund, it typically takes 3 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account. This timeframe begins once we send you an email confirming we have received your package and it is returned to our inventory.

• Refunds will be posted against the card or account used on the original purchase.

• The purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.

• Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable.

• Please do not ship returns C.O.D.  Items returned C.O.D will be refused.

• Robert Michael Gems & Jewelry, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged of items you return to us.

 

Cancel or Change an Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please call us immediately at 303-638-5000.  We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.  However, you may return the items upon receipt by following the Refund and Exchange Policy.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Once you place an order, an authorization is held on your account. When the order is processed, your entire purchase is charged to your credit card.
