Robert designed this two-gem Sterling Silver Pendant.  We added a 9x9mm trillion shaped Brazilian Citrine and a 4.5mm round pastel blue Montana Sapphire.

Citrine is one of the November Birthstone.
Sapphire is the September Birthstone.
