Several years back, Robert mined for clear White Quartz crystals on Missouri Mountain in Colorado.  His efforts paid off as he found several groupings of gem grade material.  He faceted one of them into this 8mm round gemstone weighing 1.6 carats.  The cutting pattern is a Standard Round Brilliant also known as a Diamond-cut.  Robert then set the gem in a Rhodium-plated Sterling Silver Pendant.
