Robert mines Almandite Garnet crystals from a mineral deposit located near Canon City, Colorado.  These crystals tend to be small, but still large enough to facet.  For this piece, we faceted two 3mm, two 2.5mm and two 2mm round gemstones and set them into these14kt Yellow Gold Stud Earrings. A beautiful set.
