Natural gem-quality Padparadscha Sapphire crystals are very difficult to find and very expensive.  As such, Robert purchased a few lab grown crystals at very reasonable prices.  He faceted one into this 10x8mm oval gem weighing 3 cts and set it, along with ten 2.5mm White Topaz accent gems, in a Sterling Silver Pendant.
