We acquired a handful of Rhodolite Garnet crystals from a source in Mozambique.  We faceted one of those crystals into this 10x8mm oval gemstone weighing 3.2 carats.  Robert set it into this Sterling Silver Pendant. 
 
This type of Garnet displays a unique purplish red color.  It's difficult to photograph Garnets and capture the correct depth of color.  In this case, the gemstone is slightly lighter that what we show here with lots of flash.  It's a beautiful, stunning gem.
