This Tanzanite, like all Tanzanite gemstones, was heat treated to arrive at this deep blue gemstone with violet and purple highlights.  We purchased a few crystals, and we’ve faceted them over time, including this 7x7mm trillion shaped gemstone weighing 1.09 carats.  Robert set the gem in a 14kt Yellow Gold pendant setting.
