Robert purchased a hand size piece of Tiger Eye material.  Yep, just a rock.  We "sliced" it in our shop as if it were a loaf of bread.  Then we mark on the slice to select areas that will be cut again into individual 15x10mm oval cabochons.  These gemstones are curved on the top and highly polished, and flat on the bottom.  Here, we set six of the cabochons in a custom 7 1/2" bracelet made with Argentium Silver.  This piece weighs a little over an ounce.  This is a gorgeous piece.
